What is your warranty or after sale service?

We provide 12 months free service for complete ebikes. 

For electrical parts-- motor, controlbox, meter, sensor, lights, etc., we provide 12 months free warranty service. Druing the free warranty period, if there are defects( quality defects, excluding damages caused by improper human operations) from the electrical parts, we will provide new ones for replacement. 

After warranty period, we still provide after services, only charge the costs of defective spare parts, not add any profit.
