What is the lead time?
- Lead time differs in accordance with different type of orders.
A. For single orders(trial orders, non-repeated orders) with standard configuration, the usual lead time is 45 days;
B. For automatically-repeated monthly orders with standard configuration, the usual lead time is 20 days;
C. For order with newly tailored configuration, the lead time usually is 60 days.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
- We have assembly factories in China and Sweden, we are real manufacturer.
As a professional manufacturer, we not only can supply ebikes we have but also can make upon your design and configuration.

Can you make our logo on the ebikes?
- Yes, we could add your logo on the ebikes.
If your MOQ reaches/beyond 50pcs, it is free of logo charge; if MOQ is less than 50pcs, it needs to pay for the logo cost.
- Q:
What is your warranty or after sale service?
- We provide 12 months free service for complete ebikes.
For electrical parts-- motor, controlbox, meter, sensor, lights, etc., we provide 12 months free warranty service. Druing the free warranty period, if there are defects( quality defects, excluding damages caused by improper human operations) from the electrical parts, we will provide new ones for replacement.
After warranty period, we still provide after services, only charge the costs of defective spare parts, not add any profit.
